Hello again. Getting back into the hobby again after a small hiatus due to work/life and a tank crash. What's new in the hobby? I've heard about more bans and a change I'm regiment philosophy. I'd like to hear about them to get back up to speed.

Same here. Apparently live rock is not really a thing anymore. That change shook me the hardest.
