Although I've had freshwater aquaria for years, and even experimented with brackish tanks, I've just in recent months gotten to the saltwater hobby.

My ambitions are low (for now). I would love to have a tank full of pumping xenia, and grow a platygyra coral at the same time. So far I have gotten a platygyra (which seems to be doing fine) while the xenia I got started melting :disappointed-face: . Before this, I posted on the ID forum about a hitchhiker. Excited to find out what that creature is!

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Once you create your first post in your thread and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID)
