Nitrates in a FOWLR and Feeding habbits

Hello I have a 220gallon FOWLR with a pretty good stocking. Where do you guys keep your nitrates?
what's a good level to keep. I know its been discussed in this forum just wanted to get more ideas.
does my nitrate levels warrant a water change? I heavily feed my fish 3-4 times.

Also what's a good balance between feeding vs nitrate management?
How often you guys feed to find a balance between fish being healthy vs water quality

if you've got a FOWLR, 10-20ppm nitrates is ok. corals are a bit pickier with what they will tolerate, but imo it seems ok for a FOWLR.
