The species is Palythoa grandis, and can come in several colors. Mottled brown, green, and a blue ish variety. The mottled brown are commonly referred to as cinnamon Palythoa.

If I am correct. (It’s hard with common names thought). The cinnamon palys have less to no blue in then while the grandis has more blue. Am I correct in saying this

I like sharing these pictures as it can help with explaining the species versus hobby names. You are correct in saying that those P. grandis that are called a "cinnamon Palythoa" are usually more mottled brown. But although they might each have a name they're known by In the hobby, all 3 of them are the exact same species, which is Palythoa grandis :)

You did totally understand

Basically it’s just different colors of the same coral. It’s very common in this hobby. :).
Green rhodactis $10
Bubble orange rhodactis $1000

Same species

Yep, exactly. Take any shallow water Rhodactis species and have it develop inflated vesicles and boom, somehow it's more rare.

Any more Palythoa grandis phenotype colony's for sale ?

I do not, I have a small colony I brought with me when I moved but I'm saving it to grow back out. I do have an absolutely massive colony of regular colored Palythoa grandis I haven't listed due to the rock size. Could be shippable though.
