Hopefully these make a huge come back in popularity. There's very few coral that offer the color variety of acans. Those that enjoy the blue light look, its doesnt get much better than acans when turning your LEDs to all blue.

Why do you say that?

I know many many people who Love Acans.

They are my Favorite Coral by far too.

if you were in the hobby 8 years or so ago you know what I mean by being popular. They were like chalice was a couple years back. Everyone had to have as many as possible and the collectibility was at its highest. Yes, people still love acans but there's little to no demand compared to years back.

Yea 10 times the current price, easily.

Wow.

For all of them or just the Crazy Awesome Rainbow Ones?

Were regular common green and red ones selling for 10 times what they are now?

My LFS Sells those for $35 for like 3 or 4 Polyps.

Were those Same 3-4 Polyp Frags of Common Green and Red Acans going for $350 Back in the Day?

I remember buying a colony of the now common red and gray "peppermint" color acan for around 230$ back in 05-06. There were about 12 heads on the colony btw.

Austin corals carrys a nice selection as well. I didnt know if there were any websites dedicated to rare corals.

Are scans considered slow growers. The first one i purchased 4 months ago has show no signs of babies. Just wondering.

What is your favorite food for acans? I like the fauna marin ultra lps, its great.
