No the shawl is a nudi branch that looks like a soft coral of some sorts.

What is it then? It has moved like three or four times and I have very low flow on this tank as I just set it up to cycle.

I see lots of blue, and maybe the hint of some live rock.

Kenya tree coral keep in mind that this coral will also seem to move about your tank and colonize new areas by dropping branches and attaching to the substrate.

Yeah also Spanish Shawls are coldwater (we have em here in California) and are very difficult to eat since they are obligate feeders that prey on a single species of hydroid that is illegal to collect
