I received the four frags I ordered. Everything was packaged well, labeled, and no leaking. Things that I particularly liked:

1. Very reasonable shipping cost for being in the same state.
2. One of the frags I ordered had signs of being unhealthy, so they called me and arranged a substitute.
3. To be silly, I asked for stick figures on the box, and they drew several. It makes me smile when a vendor humors my goofy personality.
