Not a pod, probably a polychaete.
Make sure to say cheese, the mouth parts can be used for species id's

While looking for the centapeed I found what looked like a really skinny white ant? At first I thought it was a spider but a closer look made me think ant

I took 6 pictures all very clear and with it perfect center, looking back over the picks I can't even see it...

Ants are likely good, but spiders may be a problem. How long have you had the chaeto?

I bought it off a lfs straight out of one of their running tanks, I had it maybe 2 weeks

It moved very slow kinda reminded me of a stick bug but at the speed of a slow snail and such a color you could almost see through it but yes entire thing was white

Your "skinny ant" may be a munnid isopod - take a look at those, and see if they match.

I wish, this things body and legs are all a bit thinner than human hair
