Polyp bailout on one of my hammer heads

I made a mistake of having too much flow on one of my hammers and it was slowly dying and I didn’t notice. One of the heads bailed out. It was the worst looking one and I kinda knew it wasn’t gonna make it. My 2 other heads on the hammer have decent flesh bands and look fine to me. What do you guys think. I did also do a dip maybe 2 weeks ago which looked like it may have hurt then helped. So I guess my question is how do my other heads look.
