Posting video on R2R

Is the only way to post video is by uploading it first on YouTube?

Can I just simply attach files on R2R?

I have never gotten the up load video to work for me. I always use YouTube

Yes you can, however, it may not work for everyone to view it. iPhone's for example wont view videos that are taken on androids... usually. Some videos will only play on a computer, some on a phone. The best way to have everyone be able to view your content is to upload to youtube and then post a link here.
