I've been doing 3% water changes every 2 hours since I woke up but it's not clearing up. my RODI only makes about 3 gal every 2 hours. Crazy part is that my test are all coming back normal or within normal range.

Hard to say how bad, but certainly scary, and another good reason to have water on hand. Maybe try and pickup water from your lfs or another local reefer. good luck sir
