You can set a "proxy bid", idk if you're aware of that. Basically, I can "proxy bid" for 100 so it will auto bid up to that amount, but the "current price" will show far below that (i.e. 20.

If you put a bid in that’s higher than the next out bid price, it will automatically put that as a proxy.

I.e. if the current bid is 20 and you bid 50… 50 becomes the proxy bid and the current listed price is 20 + minimum bid increment.

I whipped this up last minute to help you guys understand the proxy bidding system. It's not polished and apologies for the rough audio but hope this helps. Happy to answer any other questions you have and thank you for participating.
