I have been battling these for a couple weeks now. I did a 48 hour blackout with UV a couple days ago and it seems like I wiped out 70% of them. I have been adding the light back slowly and now I'm only running blues. There is still a couple spots that have dino's on the sand. I have dosed silicates and been able to maintain readable levels of nitrate and phosphate. My question is should I hit the tank with another 48 hour blackout to get rid of the rest of the dino's or just maintain the course I'm on and hope the bloom is over?

If it were me, I'd vacuum out the parts that look brown, let it ride for a little while - until I was comfortable that the corals wouldn't be harmed by another 48hr blackout+UV.
