We recently re-did our tank and are wanting to stock it with some different fish. Can you keep a raccoon butterfly with 2 Heniochus? (Unsure if the Heniochus are diphreutes or acuminatus) Or is it best to keep them separate?

Assuming your system is in the range of 200 gallons or more I wouldn't expect any issues. Of course individual persoanality will be the deciding factor so having to rehome someone is always something to look out for. I've never been able to see any different between H. diphreutes or acuminatus but they are liekly compatible with each ohter.

To my knowledge their natural ranges largely overlap and they might form mixed shoals in the wild. The only way for the casual observer to know they’re getting Diphreutes is if they’re from Hawaii, which, isn’t an option for now.
