2015 build date on the ballasts. The ballasts work with GFCI outlets. The stock were known to trip outlets and these were swapped with EcoTech. Overall good condition minor wear. Only ran at 30-40%. I have the original boxes for these as well.

You absolutely can. It was the other way around. Not sure with newer production runs but there was an issue with the stock ballasts tripping gfci outlets. Common issue so i had sent them to EcoTech and they swapped them out.
