It's nothing fancy, but it is doing great! I have TONS of flow, and decided to turn them way down

@Grigs so are they running at constant flow but changing constant flow or are they pulsing and changing maximum speed?

Constant flow that varies throughout the day. The only downfall is that you lose the pulsing function from the Reef Octopus Controller. Honestly, given how little I really change the power throughout the day, it might just make more sense to use the built in controllers to take advantage of that pulsing action....

I finally got around to dinking with my Octo controllers. I wound up removing the 10v input and just using the OctoPulse controllers in Random at 30% output. The tank looks a lot better. I was cranking it way too hard. I also like the pulsing of the flow that this setting generates. It looks great in there, except for the uglies… Not too much a fella can do about that, though

The tank is great! Turned out the biopellets wound up emitting a thick brown scum that covered everything, so I abandoned it. I have since put in a Kesssil H80 with a little chaeto from the WB230. As soon as nutrients stabilize again I'll add the SPS. The only thing in there now is a Fat Head Dendro frag that is doing pretty great. Have Coralline starting to spread, so I think it's really close. Thank goodness for my other tanks to scratch the itch while I'm waiting for this one... Picked up some acro frags during the last WWC live sale so it'll be off to a good start once nitrates drop. They're at 12ppm right now with .03 PO4. Here are a couple of pics for ya!

Here's a shot of the Dendros open from just a second ago... Took the others this morning just as the tank was waking up.
