Red spiky thing, that closes when touched

I recently noticed this red spiky ball that seems to come out of a crevice during the day. If touched it closes/retracts. It moves extremely slow. It’s a little bigger than a pea at the moment

You’re probably going to need some pics of it under white light for an ID.

or at the very least use a filter to take out the blue.
