Yea called and talked to them earlier this week. And teplied to the emails. Never heard anything back. I know they hot my emails cause im made it to the raffle list

Got my box today on time. Opened her up and the Styrofoam box was upside down. Opened it up and things looked good. Bags were all on their sides but no serious leaks and still a bit warm. They are in the sump temp acclimating and then time for a dip. I'll post picks once they are in the tank.

I actually liked the upside down box method. I think it let the heat of the heat pack rise instead of fall and they layered with foam peanuts and triple bagged.

Upsidedown box so that heat was on bottom, all frags accounted for... temp acclimate... quick bayer dip... in tank and looking good. Frutopia frag is tiny, but wolverine is much larger than expected and colored nicely!!
