How can I remove the small red corralline algae stains from the exteriors of my large Tridacna clam shells, which were collected and bleached many, many years ago and intended for ornamental purposes once I get rid of the stains?

Thanks.

Coraline algae is a growth, not a stain. Removing it is the only way to get rid of the color if bleaching or peroxide did not work
