SCRK- June 2011 Meeting! June 26th @ 6pm!

Hello SCRK!

Sorry for the delay in reaching out to you guys about this month's
meeting. Due to Father's Day, we have decided to postpone our normal
3rd Sunday of the month meeting to the following Sunday, June 26th at
6pm. We hope this works with most everyone's schedule as Family comes
first so all you lucky Dad's have fun with your kids. I think most would agree we don't want to miss a meeting/ frag swap right?

We are uncertain of a topic/speaker so more details to follow as they
come on that. As usual, we will have a raffle, member frag tank,
discounts from Age of Aquariums, and food for your enjoyment.

This month our Grand Prize will be a Zoacollector.com Assorted Box of
Zoas! You get the whole box! Colin has said he will be picking some
nice ones for us!

Other raffle items include a BRS two part kit and a Gift Certificate
for some Maui Jim sunglasses, as well as a few other surprises!

We could really use more suggestions for future meetings and/or ideas
so please let us know what would interest you guys. We've already received a few so keep them coming!

Hey Everyone!

We have a confirmed speaker for the meeting!

Speaker- Mr. L. Flaherty
Topic- Lighting and Fish Parasites

Mr. Flaherty will be at the meeting to give us a lesson on Lighting
and Fish Parasites. Following the presentation, we will have a
question and answer session so have them ready! Plan for a very
informative presentation! Mr. Flaherty attended Occidental College for
Marine Biology, has worked as a research diver for the Vantuna
Research Group, then roamed Central America researching sustainable
onshore fish farms! Cool huh?!?

So reminder, the meeting is Sunday, June 26th at 6pm. Two more weeks!

As usual, we will have a raffle, member frag tank, discounts from Age
of Aquariums, and the BBQ for your enjoyment.
