Package says 5:1 ratio with meds

Bottle label says 1:1 ratio with meds

I used 1:1 with metroplex

Just an FYI

Pretty much everyone (including myself) uses it 1:1 - I think you're good.

Yeah- it was more a PSA for newcomers that search for focus. The 1:1 suggestion is in a number of threads, but not super convenient to find
