So I use seachem and this is a question for seachem users.

Currently I do the Fusion 1 and 2 for cal and alk
My tank is good and holding with that some i happy with the ease of use

then I also use fuel in my fish food

I really feel like im not adding enough? Like stronium, mang, idoine... things like that

im trying to figure out a good combination to try to get as close to i can to everything!

So my thoughts were
uses fusion 1 and 2 (takes care of Cal and alk)
Get Marine trace (minerals and what not for the water)
Get Vitality (fish health)
Get strontium
Get Iodine
Get mangeses dosing

That seems like a lot... OR

Get Reef complete (cal, mangese, strontium)
Get alk booster (alk)
get Idonine
Get vitality (fish health)

seems less but is reef complete enough calcium?

What do you guys dose, list everything please!? I have lps and sps! Open to suggestions and whatever! no reactors or anything please just simple add to my tank stuff ;)

They are great addtives but you cannot test for everything thats why they produce products that have what you need to maintain the correct parameters. There support is awesome and if you email them they will tell you what you need to use to maintain your reef.

Save your money brother. All those trace elements you mentioned are all replenished during your water changes. Focus on keeping your Cal/Mag/Alk consistent.

If you're considering not doing water changes, it may be worth worrying about (e.g.) I, Sr, etc... But if you're using any decent salt and doing a respectable water change regimen, you shouldn't have to worry about those things....just Mg/Ca/alk...and mostly just the last two.

Hope this helps!

ok i do a 15 gallon water change on my 120 every week. I use coral life. RO is filtered through 4 things (ive never understood what all that is!) and then after i mix the salt i filter that out as well with one filter. I only run a protien skimmer and biobellet reactor (the ones with white little pellets for bacteria) and a UV. I was afriad that with only dosing cal and alk i was missing things... should i also do Mg, I, and Sr? Since all is do is Seachem Fusion 1 and 2?
