How long has it looked like this?

Do you have a hospital tank you can bring it into? Did you have cipro on hand if it needs treatment?
Nitrates and phosphates at zero is a big issue for anenomes, alk i very much hope is not zero.Parameters are all 0
Lighting I forgot the name but it grows soft and some hard corals gonna end up upgrading.
tank is about 7 months old
Had the nem for abt 1 month and it’s the only one
Opens and closes its mouth and shrinks up randomly started about 2 weeks ago.
i don’t have a hospital tank at this moment but could set one back up
I could get cipro
I think the light may be underpowered but I’ve had a condy anenome before and it did well in the same tank but got rid of it due to it being a danger to my fish. I’ve tried to feed it probably two days ago after it started to look bad and haven’t tried agin should I try tomorrow? Also today it’s looked a little better and the mouth stayed closed most of the time just the tentacles have not come out. At night when the lights go off it seems to close up a lot more.Nitrates and phosphates at zero is a big issue for anenomes, alk i very much hope is not zero.
Can you Look at the light and read what it is?
It reads like this thing has been starving for nutrients, likely with an underpowered light and has an infection.
Are you direct feeding it? How often?
I would be pulling it from the display and getting into a hospital tank. Use some (small amount) of skimmate to add nutrients into the water. The repeated inflation/deflation cycle is the animal trying to expel Something.
Looks to me like it will need treatment.
No, do not feed it in this state. That's another level of stressor it does not need.I think the light may be underpowered but I’ve had a condy anenome before and it did well in the same tank but got rid of it due to it being a danger to my fish.
