Should new double junction pH probes soak for a few days?

Hey guys!

I purchased this lab-grade, double junction pH probe from BRS: https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/brs-double-junction-lab-grade-ph-probe.html

I may be confused with the ORP probe instructions, but am I supposed to soak a new pH probe in my aquarium for a few days before calibrating it for the first time?

I don't know if that is necessary, but it certainly cannot hurt and may be useful.
