Slime? Pest? Dead pest? ID help please

Zoa frag. Two days in. Did a coral tax dip and a peroxide dip before it went in the tank.

whatever it is it doesn’t look alive to me?…

For context, there is another Zoa frag from the same vendor that clearly had a live aip on it, which I hope I handled in time.
