It might also be a chiton with a brighter coloration (see below), though it is hard to tell given the resolution of the images.Third photo looks like a nudibranch. There are so many of them and many with such restricted diets, it may or may not survive in your tank. Would need a much cleaner photo to tell if it is a Berghia. I would put it as a 5/10 on the worry scale, i.e., keep an eye on your corals to see if something is eating them.
