Small white worms

Can anyone help to ID these small white worms please?
they are on my power heads + filter, could they be nudibranchs maybe?
They seem to be hanging on to the sides of things like a caterpillar would

They look like pineapple sponges. Harmless hitchhiker that thrives in high nutrients/if you add too much food or are overstocked etc. Personally I think they are cute.
