Have had these for about a month. Just noticed this critter on the shell of one. If I recall this is a Astrid snail.

Harmless or remove asap?

Vermetid snail.

I wouldn’t say it’s very harmful but they definitely irritate corals with their mucus web. You could super glue over the opening, scrape it off or crush it.
