The first close up shots are with stacked extension tubes for super close up focus (lens is maybe 4" from subject), then normal 100mm Macro gradually pulling back. This chalice is on a piece of live rock on the bottom and I just rotated it 180 deg. This side has more yellow/orange tips and the other side is more orange/red. Kinda cool. A couple of the shots I played with depth of field, kept focus just changed the f-stop.
