Hey everybody,

I discovered some kind of white sponge growing on my Zoa and also growing all around the frag stone.
Could someone give me an advice, if this is something to worry about? Should I better try to remove it or let it grow?

Thanks in advance,
Tschonas

Thank you, Crabs McJones & vetteguy53081! I never heard about Tunicates, because this is my first reef and I'm still learning a lot.

Just for clarification: If I would get trouble with those, I would remove the whole frag or rock and would use vinegar outside of the aquarium, or? And I would never inject vinegar next to the polyps.

Inside or outside. Outside May be more effective as air will also hit the sponge
