First if I don’t want to kill all of it off, and I can’t use Fluconazole as I have many other kinds of Macro Algae growing in my Aquarium. I’d like to use something I could inject into the Bryopsis. I have hypodermic needles that are on long tubing. Any suggestions on what to try? BTW I tried 3% Hydrogen Peroxide and it did nothing.

You could try ripping it out of the undesired spots, and then maybe applying something like kalkwasser paste on top? Not many things can withstand super basic pHs.

How did you apply the hydrogen peroxide? You could also try using a sodium percarbonate slurry (very small amounts), which degrades into hydrogen peroxide and sodium bicarbonate.
