They dont look like typical pods I see in the tank..... anyone??

Harmful or not? You may have to zoom in. If I need to take closer photos let me know.

These are likely copepods which are free food for fish and coral. Thet generally are in numbers and move around quickly

I have a citron goby, not sure if they eat pods or those type of flat worms or just wrasses do?
These aren't the type of flat worm that are going to start eating my zoas are they?

No but in big numbers they can block light from corals..

I've had these in my tank for at least 4-5 months now. Some zoas are fine, others seem bothered by them, but not eaten. See the timelapse I posted below. Every kept saying they are pods but they clearly aren't.
