I noticed this a couple of nights ago while my hammer was sleeping. Looks almost like a she

Slimy maybe?
The yellow looks like sponge kind of something.

If your hammer opens up good and is not boddered by it just keep a eye on it.
Often you see stuff appear on the base of corals.
