Symptoms of Gill / Skin Flukes?

As it's put really.....
After QTing fish in Cupramine l have fish with white spots, no flashing, no deaths, no swimming into returns. Two X new intro's have affected the tank, only symptoms are the spots and occasionally hanging head down motionless. The head down bit l recognize from koi with flukes, but they flashed too, l could also take them out and do a scrape to eyeball under the microscope, no longer have koi or the microscope.
Fish have been like it for 3wks. Can it be flukes?

Flukes are possible as copper doesn't rid fish of flukes. Consider doing a freshwater dip to confirm or eliminate flukes.

I've actually just dosed the tank with FlukeSolve ( Prazi ), 1g/ 250litres, no adverse affects.
We'll see.....

We have been seeing some prazi resistant flukes lately.
