T5 bulbs going on 2 years old. Best timeline for replacing?

I just realized my T5 bulbs are going to be 2 years old at the end of this month . I have a 4bulb hybrid fixture. When I get new bulbs this month, what should be my process to replace? Surely I shouldn't replace them all at the same time. Would replacing one a week be ok?

2 and 2 space a week apart

I replace all of mine at the same time. Never had an issue. ATI 8

I agree with the first response, 2 and 2 a week apart. I am not convinced it really matters but better safe than sorry.
