TBS Hitchhiker - red hydroids??

I haven’t been able to figure this one out. Anyone else seen this before. Expands when left alone, retracts when disturbed. Debating putting this one in the system.

spaghetti worm. harmless. does reproduce quickly depending how much food is available for them.

I almost thought that but couldn't identify the actual body of the worm. Thanks!
