My light settings before the blackout was 50% intensity from 10 AM To 6 PM.

What do you suggest my intensity & time cycle be everyday moving forward to ensure dinos don't come back?

Blackout won't eliminate dinos. Will be back as soon as your lights come back on. You need to correct the underlying issue that caused your dinos which is typically bottomed out nutrients.

I agree, adding Brightwell NeoNitro & NeoPhos during the blackout. So nitrate & phosphate will be higher.

Looking forward on thoughts for the light settings

Anytime I’ve done black out I just go straight back to whatever settings I was using before.
