Looks very good! Congrats on that maturing reef!
Thank You, Rev. After removing most of the overgrown purple stylo, orange/yellow turbinaria and green slimer, it will be nice to sit back and watch everything grow in.

Amazing!!!
Thank You!

Just gorgeous!!
Thank You!

Glad you guys are back sharing your beautiful tank
Thank you for the kind words, Robert! It's nice to be back...

Mike and Terry, it is so beautiful! I haven been here for some time... I am going to back up about a year on your thread to see what's been happening all this time.
You haven't missed much, my friend... we were off-line ourselves for quite some time.

Stunning fish and photos

This is so beautiful.

I love these!! The Japanese Swallowtail is on my bucket list for fish.

That swallowtail is just a sublime fish!! And the colours on the pencil are fantastic!!

They are beautiful!!

Thanks soooo much guys for taking the time to check out our thread and post such kind words. We truly are appreciative!

We spent the weekend doing some pruning/rearranging of corals as well as some much needed maintenance. We hope to have some fresh pics up by the weekend, so stay tuned...

Awesome!! I love the scape!
Thanks Daniel! We moved our large green Acropora austera colony from the center of the tank over to the right and moved the Acropora solitaryensis to the center. In order to make room for the A. austera, we had to move the duncans over to the far left side of the tank. We also moved the red/pink Acropora millipora colony that previously sat below the A. austera over to the left side of the tank to help balance things out.

I need to take a better FTS with all of the lights on in order to more accurately represent the coral colors. The left side looks very purple in this picture which makes it difficult to differentiate corals from rock, lol.

Thanks Rev!

The counter top installers ran into an issue with the center piece of quartz that wraps around the front and connects to the side cabinets. It fit perfectly on the left side, not so much on the right, sigh... They took the piece back to the shop to make adjustments and will be back on Monday to finish the install.

Not the best picture, but here's a shot where the center piece properly meets up with the left side cabinet:

This past year has been an extreme lesson in patience for me and the next couple of weeks will be even more so. I feel like a kid on a road trip sitting in the backseat of my parents car pleading "Are we there yet?" "How much longer?"... LOL.

Quartz and granite can handle the weight?

The tank doesn't sit on the quartz countertop, so no problem with weight.

Ok, beautiful build. I’m on page 20 loving it. I’m waiting on Reef Savvy to get back with me for my invoice so I can send them the deposit.
