Yeah, looks like tissue recession/beginning of bleaching which could indicate stress brought on by water conditions, inverts/fish nipping, etc. Any recent major changes in water parameters?

I dont 't see tissue recession yet. How long has it been like this? I might be unhappy about your lights water quality or something is bugging it. Put it in a lower light and see if it does better.

Just came back from work and it suddenly looked like this.
