It’s kinda hard to tell from the pictures but they’re almost definitely some kind of “pod” and good.
Try googling munnid isopod and see if that what they look like.
Copepods, nothing bad. They'll take care of cleaning your tank for the most part. They look a lot like the ones I have in my tank and I've only added tigrios or tiggers. They'll also hitchhike on corals as they have a very small phase at the beginning of their life (about the size of plankton) then grow up to what you see now. They're good to have in the tank and won't harm anything except detritus and some types of algea I believe
Thanks for the answering the questions. We are pretty new to reefing and had the tank for 4 months so we have a lot of questions when new things arrive.
