In 2016 when this thread was started the online department was essentially one person with a small enough volume to make this list manageable.
There's now a team to do essentially the same things but on a bigger scale

When newspapers was king. I saw people selling it at the OC register, taking home $1200-$2000 a week. Just selling papers in a comfy chair.
It was percentage
