So sad. I contacted a mod on another large forum asking privately if I could post up the link or just notify others in my local club forum of this drive as I know it would have raised it even higher and they refused me the opportunity to do so because it is not allowed and even thanked me for contacting them first prior to posting publically. I'm proud to be part of this and thankful for the freedom of speech offered by r2r and the security provided by them to not feel threatened by mentioning publically any other forums or vendors that don't pay to be sponsors on their forum. Well, I tried

I posted both links on SD Reefs i dont know if any donations came of it, but afterward the mods started a toy for tots drive auction....so local kids get to enjoy also great job Rev.....

That's right we didn't do this to win something, we're winners in so many ways!
But the real winners in everyone's heart are the children.
With the right attitude we can come a long way here on R2R, just look at the helpful post and threads, not to mention the long dragging exhausting but super fun Live Sales
sponsors put up.

I've donated since this started 6 years ago. I'm very appreciative of a community that not only allows this to happen but having an owner who makes this happen. I don't have kids yet but I remember what it was like when my single mother struggled around Christmas. There are very few charities where what I donate actually goes to the actual cause. I'm grateful for what you've created here Rev and I'll continue to donate so long as you do this.
