Transferring water, sand, and rock to new tank.

Hi, I am a newbie. I just started cycling a new 29 gallon tank and I'm 8 days in. However I just noticed a crack on the side of my tank. I'm wanting to buy a new tank and I'm wondering if I can transfer water, dry rock, and live sand into the new tank? Any advice would be appreciated.

Tank transfer might have minimal impact on cycling schedule but job one right now is to get everything transferred over to new aquarium before any leaks.
