Hello, I have a couple of new critters in my tank I was hoping for help IDing.

I have Tampa Bay liverock if geography helps.

Is this first one a limpet? I found it in the sandbed moving along the glass. I've got two other keyhole limpets in my tank and this looks a lot like them. Do they successfully breed in our aquariums like trochus snails?

On the last pic I have no idea what it is. It's only about 1.5mm - 2mm long. The shell is spiraled. I found it on my glass and it appeared to be eating the algae. I can't believe my wrasse hasn't eaten it yet. I found this snail at night and it's the first one I've seen.

Thanks!

The second one, without a clearer image could be either:
Auger (most likely)
Ladder horn (maybe?)
Cerith (doubtful)

Huh first time I've run into a pyramid snail. I'll get it out next time I see it.
If you do, could you take some more close-up pictures? There are many different snails with that conical shell structure with slight differences.

Yeah definitely can.

It looks closest to pictures of pyramid snails, now that I know what to search for. I don't have any clams, but a lot of bivalves and snails so it must be feeding on them. It's the first one I've seen though and I watch all my critters very closely.

Not real happy about this but am prepared for months of inspection and manual removal if needed. Ugh!

I've kept clams before and never encountered a pyramid snail. Frustrating!

So I looked at almost every snail, every clam (I have hitchhiker clams and bi valves on my ocean rock) and in the sand bed. No sign whatsoever of any other pyramidellid snails, or anything resembling one. This might be worse than finding a whole colony actually. :/

I did find some clear "bubbles" in the sand. They look like air bubbles, but might be a clear liquid with glittery specks in it. They are a little bit under the surface of the sand against the glass. Eggs? Even if they are, is there any way (for a hobbyist) to tell if they are from the pyram snails? Bad pics attached. I'm gonna get a macro lens for my camera.

Saw one and got it out. This is the best picture I could get. It's out of water obviously so the snail is retracted into it's shell. It's about 5mm long.

Bad guy?

That photo makes me think for sure it's a ladder horn snail.
Cerithideopsis scalariformis

Hopefully someone else can confirm..

Edit: not that specie specifically, but a type of horn snail.
Cerithideopsis costata
Cerithideopsis pliculosa
^ both also found in Florida's waters.

That's explains why I only ever saw it on the glass and not attacking snails and clams. Well, I accidentally dropped the tiny thing last night and couldn't find it so it did not survive the exam. :(

Thanks for the ID!
