Used bulbs - free to a good home

I have two 60" and two 72" URI Actinic VHOs and a 175W 10K MH. I just replaced them and if anyone wants spares or something come get 'um. I don't want to ship.

Can you cut them down to 4' for my tank?

I don't think that would work very well, but I do have 2 brand new 4ft VHO actinics that I couldn't use because they didn't fit inside my canopy. (Course they ain't free though - cheap but not free)
