Yes the elevated shelf for the sticks is news to me. Good idea. Gets them up to the light, and gives fish a place to hide.

I have been to Vivid and Dave is as honest as it gets. He is a master of coral coloration. I'm not 100% sure but if the pics are still being taken by Greg, he is absolutely one of the most skilled aquarium photographers around and been taking aquarium photos for well over a decade or two. I have never seen a pic out of him that over-represented the corals. When if comes to coral coloration, I put Vivid at the top for LFS's in California and second place is not close. And I have felt this way for at least 12-15 years.

I've been there. Pictures are 100% legit true to life. They look like real life photoshop in person. I've also seen people get their corals and not even have close to the same coloring. This isn't Vivids fault though.. Their pictures are 100% true to life.

You guys still hanging in there with the 2 part dosing or have you gone back to calcium reactors? I would imagine you would basically never even need fw topoff with that kind of demand and that the 2 part would be so heavy it keeps the water level

Thanks to everyone for the kind reviews! We try to be as accurate as possible when representing our corals but it isn’t always an easy task. We try our best to present accurate photos but some are easier than others and other colors are easier to represent than others.
