Weird black at base of zoa frag.

Here are zoomed pictures. Just saw this on the base of one of my Zoa plugs. Looks like it’s on and maybe in? The zoa on the plug. Any guesses what it might be? It looks like it is separate from the other plugs for now. What suggestions on treatment if any? Thank you.
