Oh my god, those are some huge pods!

You should get some wrasses to control the population!

Those are generally called Sea Fleas (they aren't but thats what they are commonly called. They are detrivores. They are actually good for the tank and as others have pointed out excellent food for fish.

I have a ton of these on my frag tank (50 gallond rubbermaid stock tank).

I need to find something that will eat them, likes shallow water 6-8" and does Not jump
