What are these little white things on my tank wall?

I’ve been noticing these popping up on the back glass and overflow box. They are on my wavemaker and it’s cord too. Tried to get a close up.

I don’t think they’re an issue. Just curious what they are.

From the more clear pics, it looks like pineapple sponges. Harmless filter feeders that show up in a new tank and generally go away on their own

Not sure how they got in there. Started with all dry rock. Maybe the Carib sea sand.
