What is “heavy in, heavy out “ feeding regiment and how do you do it?

BRS did some videos with WWC and showed the heavy feeding and heavy nutrient export.
It makes intuitive sense to me that feeding your corals (fish poop,aminos,roids,reef chilli...) would help them flourish.

How do you define or quantify Heavy in, Heavy out?

I don’t think there is any concrete definition exept for that it’s feeding more than most and exporting more than most.
Just my 2c
